Return Policy

At RichHomeLinens we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, contact us at any time within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right. This may include a refund, store credit. The product must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.  If a return arrives at RichHomeLinens damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, a refund may not be issued.

Shipping costs (expedited or economy) are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning product.
